By signing up for an Ayurvedic Health Center class, course, workshop, or other event you agree to the following:

  • Registration is not complete until you have paid your registration fee and received a confirmation. Please contact us if you need to make special arrangements.
  • All event registrations include a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Refunds for cancellation will have this fee automatically deducted.

Cancellation refund policies for one-time classes and events:

  • Cancellations received up to one week prior to the event/class:
    will receive a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee.
  • Cancellations received one week and less prior to the event/class:
    will receive 75% of the registration fee, minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee.

Cancellation refund policies for multi-week classes:

  • Cancellations received up to one week before the first class:
    receive a full refund, minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee.
  • Cancellations received less than one week before the first class:
    receive 75% of the registration fee, minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee.
  • Cancellations received during or immediately after the first class:
    receive 50% of the registration fee, minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after the second class:
    receive no refund.
