Ingredients

  • 4 oz. yogurt
  • 4 oz. water
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice mix

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt and spice mix in the canning jar well.
  • Add the water.
  • Let sit unrefrigerated for 3+ hours to allow the probiotics to repopulate.
  • Drink as a mid-meal snack or as a digestive aid.
