Ingredients
- 4 oz. yogurt
- 4 oz. water
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice mix
Instructions
- Combine the yogurt and spice mix in the canning jar well.
- Add the water.
- Let sit unrefrigerated for 3+ hours to allow the probiotics to repopulate.
- Drink as a mid-meal snack or as a digestive aid.
